HourlyNerd Adds User Experience Master Brian Kalma as CXO

Kalma joins as the Chief Experience Officer to develop an exciting and inventive user experience for HourlyNerd 

BOSTON – July 14, 2016 – HourlyNerd, the leading technology platform for business expertise, is pleased to announce the hire of Brian Kalma as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Kalma will be responsible for continuing to iterate and improve HourlyNerd’s enterprise software, which totally reimagines the process of finding knowledge and engaging talent. The company’s addition of a consumer expert underscores a broader trend towards delightful user-level experiences in high-powered enterprise software.

Kalma is a veteran in the user experience field with more than 15 years of experience, including senior and executive positions at companies like Zappos, Gilt Groupe, Gemvara, and Ministry of Supply. Most recently, Kalma ran his own user experience design firm, Glorious Studios, whose clientele included, Airbnb, Handy, Zappos, and HourlyNerd.
